Data Collection & Storage
Principles of Information Gathered
SenPlan operates under the principle of data minimization. We only collect the personal information necessary to fulfill our obligations as an educational and consulting platform for Explainable AI (XAI). This includes:
- 01 Contact details (Name, Email) provided via inquiry forms for consulting assessments.
- 02 Technical metadata related to AI models submitted for interpretability auditing.
- 03 Usage data collected through standard cookies to improve platform navigation.
- 04 IP addresses for regional compliance and security monitoring within the Toronto gateway.
Retention Standards
We do not retain model metadata or personal logs longer than required by Canadian digital safety standards. For audit engagements, data is typically purged 90 days after delivery of the final XAI Assessment Report, unless otherwise stipulated in a separate service agreement.

In alignment with PIPEDA and global privacy standards, SenPlan users maintain total sovereignty over their informational footprint.

Export your technical inquiry history or model audit summaries in a human-readable and machine-processable format.
The Right to Erasure
Request the total deletion of your contact data from our system, provided no legal or contractual retention period prohibits the action.
Restriction
Temporarily suspend the processing of your data while an accuracy dispute or legal claim is being resolved.
