01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the SenPlan platform at senplan.info, you enter into a binding legal agreement. These terms govern your use of our interpretability tools and educational resources. If you represent an organization, you confirm you possess the authorization to bind said entity to these protocols.
02. Intellectual Property
The proprietary audit frameworks, Feature Attribution Mapping logic, and XAI methodology hosted on this site remain the exclusive property of SenPlan. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to review these materials for internal educational purposes only. Redistribution of algorithmic audit logic is strictly prohibited.
03. Advisory Scope
SenPlan provides technical interpretability analysis. Our reports clarify "how" a model arrived at a decision path. This does not constitute legal counsel, regulatory compliance certification, or financial advice. Liability is limited to the accuracy of the technical explanation provided, not the real-world outcome of the model's decision.

A. Model Intake Limitations
Our XAI Audit & Assessment services focus exclusively on the interpretation of existing models. SenPlan does not provide model re-training, data cleaning, or hardware procurement services. Assessments are based solely on the data schema and weights provided by the client.
B. Technical Accuracy
While we utilize established SHAP and LIME standards to provide human-readable decision paths, explainability remains a probabilistic field. SenPlan makes no guarantee of absolute model "fairness" or "neutrality"—only the transparency of its current logical state.
C. Regional Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform or consulting services will be resolved exclusively within the courts of Toronto.

Total liability for any claim related to service disruption or technical discrepancy is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific consulting block in question.
Standard response time for initial consulting triage.
Clients retain all rights to their primary training sets.
All data intake follows Tier-3 encryption standards.
Methodologies align with SHAP/LIME frameworks.
